Job Summary
Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating equipment, checking filters, and inspecting systems for proper operation. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed while responding to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory, adhering to safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to work independently. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to exert 20 pounds of force frequently
