Coordinate and execute plant maintenance activities, lead a maintenance team, ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA/MSHA), monitor performance, minimize downtime through effective maintenance plans, oversee equipment condition, document hazards and safety observations, support planning meetings, and provide emergency maintenance support to prevent interruptions.
Required Qualifications
