Job Summary
Maintenance Coordinator role managing a portfolio of planned and responsive maintenance works across NSW, SA and TAS from Whyalla or Port Lincoln. Responsibilities include initial scoping of works, scheduling and allocating works to trades, managing subcontractors, reviewing completed works for compliance, and coordinating with operations, subcontractors and clients. Requires hands-on trade experience, strong communication, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Travel fortnightly to regional sites (Port Lincoln, Ceduna, Kooniba, Yalata) with a standard 40-hour week. Compliance checks include White Card, Police Check, medical with AOD screening; Building Works Supervisor Registration will be highly regarded. Required Qualifications
- OHS General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- National Police Check
- Medical check including Alcohol and other Drugs screening
- Domestic trade qualification or relevant industry experience for Building Works Supervisor Registration (highly regarded)
