Job Summary
Receive and respond promptly to maintenance calls from residents, accurately documenting requests and creating detailed work orders. Prioritize and dispatch tasks to technicians based on urgency and availability while tracking progress to ensure timely completion. Maintain clear communication with residents regarding request status and assist in scheduling routine maintenance and preventive services. Generate reports on maintenance activities and collaborate with the team to improve workflow and resident satisfaction. This office-based role supports the Building Maintenance Team at Mayflower Gardens, a senior home apartment complex in Lancaster, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to use work order management software or willingness to learn
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
