Job Summary
Oversee inventory productivity at the branch to support timely service while mitigating loss risk. Maintain optimal parts levels by ordering according to sourcing procedures, partnering with Centralized Parts Ordering daily, and ensuring defect-free, on-time deliveries. Receive and store parts organized and accessible, update PartsNet timely, conduct frequent cycle counts, and manage new/used battery and tire inventory. Ensure warranty items ship and return on time, partner with Customer Service on repair scheduling, and verify vendor payment processing. Perform process analyses on inventory, profitability, and warranty campaigns to investigate issues and recommend solutions. Support the branch financial manager with performance data and complete assigned projects.
Required Qualifications
- Must be prepared to work evenings and weekends as necessary
- Must be prepared to work second shift (starting after 11am)
- Must be prepared to work third shift (starting after 9pm)
- Must be prepared to work weekend work
- Must be prepared to work shift differentials
- Must be prepared to work shift differentials that vary based on schedule
- Must be prepared to work $3.00 to $4.00 shift differential premium depending on schedule
- Must be prepared to work 2nd shift: 1pm-9:30pm
