Maintenance Coordinator

Oversee inventory productivity at the branch to mitigate loss risk while maintaining optimal parts levels through daily ordering and cycle counts. Receive and store parts organized for immediate access, manage battery and tire specifications, and ensure warranty items are shipped and returned on time. Partner with Customer Service to schedule repairs based on part availability and support vendor payments. Perform process analyses on inventory, profitability, and warranty campaigns using ServiceNet or AS400 to recommend solutions for operational risks. Support the branch financial manager with performance data and complete assigned projects.
