Maintenance Coordinator

Oversee inventory productivity at the branch by ordering parts daily, receiving and storing materials, conducting frequent cycle counts, and managing battery and tire stock. Partner with Customer Service to schedule repairs based on parts availability, ensure warranty items are shipped and returned on time, and process vendor payments correctly. Perform process analyses on inventory, profitability, and warranty campaigns using ServiceNet or AS400 to recommend solutions for operational risks. Support the Branch and District Financial Managers by providing guidance on branch performance and executing assigned projects. This role supports maintenance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability at the Fort Pierce, FL location.
