Maintenance Coordinator

Oversee inventory productivity at the branch by ordering parts daily through Centralized Parts Ordering, receiving and storing components in an organized manner, and ensuring timely PartsNet updates. Maintain optimal stock levels for batteries, tires, and warranty items while partnering with Customer Service to schedule repairs and tracking vendor payments. Perform process analyses on inventory, profitability, and cycle counts using ServiceNet or AS400 to identify risks and recommend solutions. Support the Branch Financial Manager with data contributing to branch performance and profitability, executing assigned projects and tasks. Located at the Penske facility in Elmsford, NY.
