Job Summary
Night-shift Maintenance Coordinator leads and trains the maintenance team, with hands-on duties to ensure safe, efficient operation of all facility equipment. Core responsibilities include weekly timecard approval, vacation/attendance tracking, preventive maintenance across equipment, responding to breakdowns, supervising PMs, managing parts acquisition and inventory, directing training and performance reviews, reporting issues to the Maintenance Supervisor, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company SOPs. Strong emphasis on leadership, disciplined delegation, accurate record-keeping, and hands-on problem solving to keep equipment running and reduce risk.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a 2-year degree in electrical maintenance or 5 years prior experience in industrial maintenance
- Must be in Versatex Maintenance department for a minimum of 5 years
- Certified in Versatex Forklift Training Program
- Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts, scheduled and/or posted overtime when required to meet the company’s needs
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of all equipment
- Follow all OSHA and Versatex safety guidelines
