Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary
Partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets and ensure process stability through daily management systems meetings. Own progressive maintenance systems, including preventive and time-based maintenance plans, while managing the repairs and maintenance budget for the line. Lead technical teams of at least 10 personnel, developing their skills to operate and maintain equipment independently. Conduct breakdown analysis, localize spares, and drive cost reduction initiatives alongside the asset and reliability team. Represent the department in regional and global technology forums and assist with new initiatives. Requires full-time Monday through Friday schedule with no relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step 3)
- skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s)at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (BD-Breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s) and TPM - Phase 3 & 4 tools problem solving tools
- The capability to lead a Role for the Line
- Qualify and coach the next level SWP owners and drive the common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach
- The capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for the members, coaching team members on their performance management and career development
- Liderazgo de personal sindicalizado mínimo 10 personas
- Conocimiento intermedio – avanzando en TPM
- Manejo de herramientas de resolución de problemas: 5W, RCA, Ishikawa, etc
- Conocimiento en industria alimentos – caramelos y confitería en un rol similar
- Experiencias en servicios de exteriores, cuarto de máquinas
- Gestión del sistema de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo
- Manejo de SAP avanzando
- Ing. Industrial, Electromecánico, electrónico, Mecatrónico, Mecánico Industrial o afín
- Certificación en TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, WCM
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia
- Inglés básico-intermedio
- Full time de lunes a viernes
