Job Summary

Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to support production and minimize equipment downtime. Maintain the CMMS (M3 and mPulse), ensuring work orders, schedules, and records are accurate. Coordinate repairs with outside contractors, process purchase orders, and manage MRO inventory through cycle counts and level monitoring. Perform purchasing activities for MRO materials and capital equipment, including sourcing parts, evaluating suppliers, and expediting deliveries. Support ISO compliance by maintaining calibration records and monitor departmental MRO spending against the budget. Generate performance metrics tracking labor, inventory, and equipment reliability. Partner with production and engineering teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift (7:00 AM-5:00 PM). $24.00-$28.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS software (M3, mPulse, or similar systems)
  • Experience managing MRO inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and database systems
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
  • Demonstrated financial awareness and the ability to support budget management and cost control initiatives
  • Commitment to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and teamwork
  • Authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate degree or technical training in Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or a related field
