Job Summary
Maintenance Coordinator role in automotive facilities focusing on planning, scheduling, and overseeing electrical maintenance for new plant construction and ongoing operations. Responsibilities include leading electrical utility layout and construction management, overseeing on-site progress and compliance with US NEC and Minth Group standards, coordinating with municipal authorities, establishing predictive/preventive maintenance systems for electrical equipment, recruiting/training local electrical teams, managing spare parts inventories, leading PLC/HMI maintenance and integration of new production lines, ensuring safety and energy management alignment with OSHA standards, and managing project budgets and external electrical contractors. Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, 8+ years of equipment electrical management experience, 2+ years in new plant utility layout/construction, familiarity with CAD/EPLAN, PLC/HMI, NEC/OSHA, and possession of a PMP or applicable electrical license; overseas plant construction experience and cross-cultural communication skills are highlighted as key attributes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of equipment electrical management experience in manufacturing
- At least 2 years of direct experience in new plant/new line utility layout and construction
- Experience in automotive parts, battery enclosures, or aluminum die-casting preferred
- English proficiency for daily communication with US municipal bodies, suppliers, and local teams
- Proficient in CAD or EPLAN electrical drawing software; familiar with PLC programming and HMI systems
- Working knowledge of US NEC, OSHA standards, and local permitting processes
- PMP certification or a relevant US local electrical license
- Full-cycle overseas plant construction experience (from site prep to mass production)
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills to bridge HQ and local teams
- High sense of safety and compliance
