Job Summary
Maintenance Coordinator role in Lumberton Admin Unit responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing preventive maintenance for equipment, machinery, tools, appliances and buildings. Collaborates with Home Managers and staff supervisors to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to operations. Performs repairs and installations (counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors, walls, building framework, trim) and finishing tasks (painting interiors/exteriors, installing glass, shades, blinds, curtain rods, wall/ceiling fans, door locks, tiles, and wall coverings). Ensures compliance with building codes and coordinates with Administrators on materials, assets, and capital improvements; sources bids for construction/renovation as appropriate; estimates part costs. Requires high school diploma/GED and 1-3 years related experience; valid driver’s license and ongoing training/certifications; physical ability to perform required lifts and movements; pre-employment screenings including criminal background and credential verifications. Pay rate $16.00/hour.
