Maintenance Coördinator - Komen

Coordinate the technical team of ten personnel for curative and preventive site maintenance, directing technicians and managing daily scheduling. Prepare work orders for weekend and night shifts, organize workshop logistics and materials safely, and oversee purchase orders and deliveries. Manage the technical warehouse inventory, monitor stock levels, and implement efficient management systems. Plan and track statutory and internal inspections for electrical, gas, lifting equipment, and batteries. Report progress to the Supervisor Maintenance while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.
