Maintenance Coordinator

Oversee maintenance operations by enforcing safety rules, managing 5S activities, and ensuring preventive maintenance schedules remain effective. Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures, coordinate with engineering on new equipment trials, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the stamping floor. Manage direct reports through daily meetings, skill matrix maintenance, and training oversight while monitoring daily overtime and filling in for team leaders as needed. Develop work instructions, track document revisions, and generate reports to ensure departmental KPIs and cost reduction targets are met.
