Job Summary
Lead the maintenance team to ensure the facility, grounds, and equipment are safe, functional, and visually appealing while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Implement and document preventative maintenance programs, supervise and train staff, and prepare apartments for move-ins by painting, flooring, and ceiling fan installation. Maintain interior and exterior areas, manage fire safety and emergency systems, and inspect for hazards. Transport residents in company vehicles and respond to emergencies as required. Requires an associate degree or accredited maintenance training, applicable state licensure, and a Chauffeur License within 30 days of hire. Flexible schedules, local travel, and overnight shifts are necessary.
