Job Summary
Coordinate administrative functions for the maintenance department by creating electronic work orders, prioritizing repairs, and monitoring workflow in the TMT maintenance software system. Generate preventative maintenance reports, ensure accurate service records for asset audits, and maintain DOT compliance documentation including eDVIRs and annual inspections. Assist the Parts Supervisor with ordering, entering, and charging out parts while managing weekly and quarterly inventory counts. Monitor repair times, report discrepancies to supervisors, and ensure all purchasing documents are accurate and complete.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in a maintenance administrative role
- Excellent data entry skills
