Maintenance Coordinator-Full Time

Maintains and repairs Community facilities and equipment (interior and exterior), including resident apartments, by performing or supervising maintenance tasks or coordinating outside maintenance services; inspects the Community and tracks maintenance logs daily; implements programs related to HVAC, carpeting, mold, and other maintenance areas; meets deadlines for repairs; orders equipment, parts, and services; assists in monitoring capital improvement projects; recommends repairs/replacements to leadership; ensures safe, orderly, and functional conditions of mechanical rooms; performs emergency maintenance on an on-call basis; assists housekeeping with deep cleaning; maintains hazardous chemical inventory and Safety Data Sheets; coordinates with local fire marshal, building inspectors, and state/elevator inspectors; conducts new employee orientation and training; performs quality assurance audits; collaborates with regional/support office maintenance teams; participates in monthly Safety Committee meetings; universal role with cross-training; maintains First Aid certifications as required; no supervisory responsibilities; adheres to safety, confidentiality, and professional standards; equal employment opportunity statements included.
