Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities for a portfolio of properties, including troubleshooting issues, managing vendor relationships, and handling billing and inventory audits. Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and property managers, diagnosing maintenance needs, scheduling preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with local codes through city coordination. Process invoices, conduct material runs, and maintain accurate logs of all work orders within the management system. This part-time role (Monday-Friday 7am-12pm) offers flexibility for emergency after-hours calls and includes a valid driver's license requirement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience as a maintenance coordinator
- Experience working with vendors, contractors, and city officials
- Familiarity with maintenance troubleshooting, repair processes, and preventive maintenance scheduling
- Ability to perform light physical tasks such as material runs and occasional site visits
- Valid driver's license and ability to use personal vehicle for material transportation
- Flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend calls for emergency maintenance issues
