Job Summary
Remote Maintenance Coordinator responsible for overseeing maintenance revenue, profitability, and ensuring maintenance techs/vendors stay busy. Lead with data-driven problem solving, communicate clearly across internal and external stakeholders, and provide oversight to maintenance staff to ensure daily/weekly planning and successful project execution. Emphasis on independent problem solving, collaboration with Operations, strong delegation, and staying calm under pressure while using technology efficiently.
Required Qualifications
