Job Summary
Maintenance Coordinator oversees day-to-day operations of the organization’s vehicles and facilities by coordinating inspections, maintenance, and documentation. Responsibilities include scheduling vehicle inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, maintaining vehicle and facility records, coordinating with vendors, tracking inspections and regulatory compliance, dispatching maintenance tasks, creating maintenance schedules, and providing administrative support for maintenance activities. Must manage service requests, communicate status updates, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and travel between sites as needed. Requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, basic maintenance knowledge, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Basic understanding of vehicle and facility maintenance and safety practices
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
- Ability to track schedules, deadlines, and multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate clearly with staff, vendors and supervisors
- Ability to respond to issues in a timely and professional manner

- Experience coordinating fleet and facility maintenance
