Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary
Plan, schedule, and actively manage the master preventive maintenance program across all facility systems, coordinating activities with Infrastructure teams, vendors, and Operations to align with real-time site priorities. Create and manage Methods of Procedure (MOPs), tracking maintenance execution in real time to ensure work is completed, documented, and not missed. Identify scheduling conflicts, operational risks, or gaps in execution and adjust plans or escalate as needed. Coordinate vendor onboarding, scheduling, and readiness, including ensuring materials and services are in place. Maintain clear, accurate maintenance records and documentation to support audit readiness and operational visibility. Monitor maintenance backlog, upcoming work, and recurring issues, driving resolution and preventing repeat gaps. Provide clear, actionable updates to Operations and Infrastructure leadership on maintenance status and risks. Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities operations, or similar roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities, operations, or related field
- Experience working in environments with preventive maintenance programs or CMMS platforms
- Strong coordination experience with vendors, technical teams, and operational stakeholders
- Strong computer skills, including scheduling tools, spreadsheets, documentation systems, and email
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and operate with urgency
- Experience in data centers, critical facilities, or other high-availability environments
