Job Summary
Maintenance Coordinator position responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting maintenance activities at the assigned manufacturing facility. Primary CMMS administrator, handling asset records, preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and history. Plans and schedules preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; coordinates labor, downtime, and resources; sources parts and services; purchases requisitions; tracks KPIs such as PM completion, downtime, backlog, and reliability; collaborates with operations, engineering, safety, and vendors to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability; supports continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, productivity, and cost control; ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures. The role requires strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, and experience with CMMS and ERP systems; certifications such as CMRT/CMRP or APICS are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred in Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or a related field; minimum three (3) years of experience in maintenance planning, maintenance coordination, CMMS administration, purchasing, inventory control, manufacturing operations, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CMRT, CMRP, APICS or equivalent certification preferred
