Job Summary
Maintenance Coordinator responsible for end-to-end management of residential maintenance projects from intake to completion, serving as the primary homeowner contact, coordinating inspections and internal teams, ensuring accurate documentation and timely progression, maintaining project records and invoices, and driving customer satisfaction through proactive communication, status updates, and post-project follow-up including payment collection when applicable. Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple active jobs, proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software, and customer relationship management systems, and a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction, residential maintenance, project scheduling, property management, customer service, or project coordination is preferred.
