Job Summary

Oversee plant maintenance systems, equipment reliability, automation controls, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize uptime, plant efficiency, and safety performance. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime. Lead and support safety initiatives, develop and implement maintenance reliability and preventive maintenance programs, analyze reliability metrics and maintenance data, coordinate troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects. Maintain equipment documentation, drawings, inspection records, and maintenance systems while ensuring ISO standards and internal procedures are followed. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems
  • Allen Bradley PLC experience required
  • Siemens controls experience preferred
  • Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance tracking software
  • Working knowledge of preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance practices
  • Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
