Job Summary
The Maintenance Control and Planning Specialist coordinates maintenance activities to support regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and aircraft availability. This role requires monitoring fleet status and assisting with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance planning while ensuring accurate communication and documentation. Key responsibilities include coordinating scheduled maintenance events, supporting heavy maintenance plans, monitoring maintenance tracking systems, and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations. Candidates should possess extensive experience in maintenance planning, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance planning and maintenance control processes.
- Familiarity with FAA regulations, including Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations.
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
