Job Summary
Conduct maintenance on community homes, offices, and facilities, specializing in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and tiling. Perform grounds maintenance including trimming, cutting, and operating equipment. Maintain your own tools and hold a valid PA contractor's license, driver's license, and liability insurance. Operate on an on-call basis during winter for snow plowing and salting. Earn $40/hour as an independent contractor with additional compensation opportunities for winter services.
