Maintenance Compliance & Process Improvement Manager (Part-145)

Job Summary
Role focuses on strengthening Maersk Air Cargo's Part-145 compliance, process governance, and operational performance by establishing dedicated ownership of maintenance compliance support, process standardisation, and improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with EASA Part-145 requirements, driving CAPA actions, leading process development and standardisation, coordinating maintenance-related projects across stations, supporting audits and closure of findings, developing and improving maintenance procedures (MOE and supporting documents), enhancing training materials, and ensuring consistent process implementation across all line stations. The role targets reduced audit findings, improved closure effectiveness, standardised maintenance processes across locations, enhanced training quality, and increased efficiency in maintenance workflows and documentation. Strong project management, aviation-compliance/quality experience, process-improvement skills, stakeholder management, English proficiency, and a self-starter mindset are required. The position is fully office-based with on-site presence five days per week in the advertised location.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills
- Experience in maintenance, compliance, or quality (aviation preferred)
- Knowledge of EASA Part-145 (preferable)
- Experience with audits, CAPA and regulatory requirements
- Experience in process improvement
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
