Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive daily and weekly checklists using a work order system while maintaining tools, supplies, and maintenance areas. Manage commercial painting and general maintenance tasks with a focus on reliability, proactivity, and problem-solving. Ensure a professional appearance in clean school uniforms and closed-toe work shoes. Requires a valid driver's license, 2+ years of commercial painting experience, and 2–5 years of maintenance experience. Must pass background checks and fingerprinting. Reports to the Area Manager in a full-time role with medical insurance, paid vacation, holidays, and retirement plans.
