Maintenance/Cleaner

Conduct commercial custodial cleaning of classrooms, bathrooms, offices, and common areas, including trash removal, laundry support, and delivering supplies. Perform routine facility upkeep and minor repairs for basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, while operating equipment like vacuums and floor scrubbers. Execute safety/security checks of the property and playground, responding to spills and weather-related messes. Manage seasonal snow removal and salt/sanding duties, sometimes requiring early mornings or weekends. Maintain basic logs using a computer and drive as needed for supply runs, coordinating timing to ensure cleaning occurs when rooms are available.
