Maintenance Chief

Install, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, etc. Identify, locate, and operate shut-off valves. Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies; maintain inventory and purchase orders log. Inspect tools, equipment, or machines; operate power lift; complete life safety checks including fire-pump and generator run tests; inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems; assist in disaster-response protocols; respond to guest repair requests. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Enforce safety and security policies; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; welcome guests and address service needs; develop positive working relationships; drive quality, efficiency, cost-savings initiatives; communicate clearly; physically inspect and handle equipment; perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
