Conduct maintenance and repair tasks to uphold company standards and ensure compliance with government regulations for functionality, safety, and security. Maintain basic upkeep of rooms, common areas, exterior spaces, and landscaping by ensuring furniture, appliances, electrical equipment, paint, and flooring meet required specifications. Establish and adhere to MSDS handling guidelines for chemicals and materials while communicating regularly with team members in the Gaming area, Hotel Operation, and Food and Beverage outlets to address equipment or environmental issues. Complete minor repairs as detected and report major issues to management. Represent the property positively within a team-oriented workplace offering flexible scheduling, clear training, and career growth opportunities.
