Job Summary
Maintenance technician role performing on-site apartment property tasks: completing work orders from resident requests, performing preventative and routine maintenance, completing make-ready inspections for vacant units, creating punch lists, coordinating with vendors, handling inventory and material procurement, maintaining documentation for service requests, maintaining grounds and common areas, practicing cost-conscious maintenance, and being available for flexible scheduling and on-call shifts. Requires a valid driver’s license and AC Certification I & II; employment contingent on criminal history check and drug screening; promotes a positive image of the community and management company.
