Job Summary
Supervise daily maintenance operations and support a skilled team of technicians across the resort property. Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment servicing while inspecting facilities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Communicate effectively with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Management to coordinate priorities, maintain organized logs, and respond promptly to guest requests. Lead by example to foster a clean, safe, and efficient work environment, collaborating with leadership to improve processes and enhance guest satisfaction. Requires 3+ years of experience and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
