Job Summary
Perform PM inspections, monitor HVAC and mechanical systems, and respond to emergency calls, fire alarms, and after-hours incidents. Conduct life safety inspections to ensure compliance with fire safety, generator, and sprinkler standards. Troubleshoot and complete work orders while supporting resident and staff requests to maintain a safe environment. Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation covering 24-hour emergencies and weekends. Requires certification in a skilled trade, building operator, or maintenance mechanic, plus three years of commercial or institutional maintenance experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation
