Job Summary
Maintenance Breakdown Coordinator responsible for answering breakdown calls, diagnosing truck/trailer issues, guiding drivers through temporary repairs if immediate repair isn’t possible, arranging repair service and processing related invoices. Duties include indexing service sheets, lease agreements, forklift operator sheet scans, creating work orders for PO numbers, and handling associated administrative tasks as directed. Requires 2 years of tractor/trailer mechanic experience, strong communication skills, willingness to work overtime and holidays, and full-time shift pattern (6pm–6:30am, Sunday–Thursday). Required Qualifications
