Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance throughout the hotel and respond promptly to requests from guests and staff. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues, while completing painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs as needed. Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and building equipment, maintaining accurate logs and ensuring all work complies with safety standards. Assist with emergency situations when necessary. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work, including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hotel maintenance experience is preferred but not required
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
