Job Summary
Maintenance & Automation Manager leading reliability, asset management, automation roadmaps (Industry 4.0), and capital projects across maintenance, facilities, and automation; responsibilities include optimizing MTBF/MTTR, implementing CMMS and IIoT, overseeing PLCs/robotics/SCADA/HMIs, driving digital transformation, ensuring safety/compliance, and building high-performing teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline).
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in maintenance, reliability, facilities, automation, or engineering.
- 5+ years leading maintenance, automation, or engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading capital projects and automation implementations exceeding $1M.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, reliability-centered maintenance, and predictive maintenance methodologies.
- Experience with PLCs, industrial controls, robotics, SCADA, HMIs, industrial networking, and automated manufacturing systems.
- Demonstrated success improving uptime, reliability, productivity, and operational performance.
