Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems across the hotel; respond to guest and staff maintenance requests; troubleshoot and repair issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces; maintain logs of repairs and inspections; assist with room turns and minor renovations; coordinate with vendors and contractors; ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas; requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts; benefits include health coverage and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel or commercial property maintenance
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently
- Strong communication and time management skills

- Physical ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and operate tools safely
