Job Summary
Maintenance Attendant needed to support the Maintenance Supervisor in operating, maintaining, and repairing systems across hotel properties and related facilities. Responsibilities include maintaining building and grounds (parking lots, guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, storage areas, laundry), performing repairs and routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpeting/finishing tasks, operating and maintaining kitchen and hotel equipment, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Requires ability to handle equipment operation, assist with landscaping, perform light carpentry and painting, and coordinate with management to schedule repairs. Must be able to work varying shifts, lift up to 75 lbs, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and communicate effectively with staff and guests. On-the-job training provided; bilingual skills are a plus. Familiarity with maintenance software (Quore CMMS) and strong customer-service orientation are desirable.
Required Qualifications
