Job Summary
Maintenance Attendant responsible for routine maintenance and minor repairs across guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, pool facilities, and public areas; perform inspections, complete work orders, support preventative maintenance, ensure safety, assist with groundskeeping and seasonal landscaping, handle snow/ice removal, operate tools safely, and collaborate with hotel departments; requires mechanical aptitude, ability to troubleshoot, ability to work independently, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in general maintenance, building operations, facilities, or handyman-type work is preferred
- Pool Operator's Certificate would be considered an asset
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's licence (or international equivalent) is required
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
