Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs on buildings, equipment, and campus grounds. Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems while completing assigned work orders accurately. Assist with room setups and breakdowns for meetings, school events, and special activities. Respond promptly to maintenance requests throughout the campus and assist with inspections of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and other life safety equipment. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition, and keep accurate maintenance logs and inspection records. This role supports a private school in Tulsa, Tulsa, OK, ensuring the campus remains safe, clean, and well-functioning for students and staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Technical training or maintenance certification
- Experience performing general building maintenance and repairs
