Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, accurately ringing purchases and returns, and counting change back according to established procedures. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, while supporting store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Accurately process merchandise for the sales floor, uphold merchandising philosophy, and participate in safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports the vibrant culture of HomeGoods at TJX Companies, a Fortune 100 off-price retailer known for diversity, collaboration, and employee development.
