Job Summary
Maintenance Associate responsible for maintaining a clean, organized store environment with focus on floor care across Sales Floor, Backroom, Front End, and Restrooms. Responsibilities include operating a floor scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass/windows; adheres to health, safety, and loss-prevention standards; cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store; contributes to a positive store culture and customer experience; requires early-morning availability and a flexible schedule; Columbia, SC location; starting pay $12.75–$13.25/hr with comprehensive benefits.
