Job Summary
Maintains the physical facility, grounds and all equipment to ensure a safe, attractive living environment for individuals served; performs ongoing preventative maintenance and repairs on kitchen, housekeeping, mechanical equipment, HVAC, electrical and plumbing fixtures, and laundry equipment; inspects and repairs damages to hallways, walls, ceilings, floors, roofs, and rooms; paints and refinishes building surfaces; orders and maintains maintenance supplies; maintains fire alarm system and safety equipment; maintains appliance motors, vents, pumps, and related systems; supports basic maintenance of facility vehicles; keeps operational records and enforces safety regulations; performs other related duties as needed; travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- one year related experience
