Maintenance Associate

Job Summary
Maintenance Associate responsible for preventative and routine maintenance of machines and equipment, troubleshooting equipment problems, entering maintenance work orders in CMMS, assisting with light-duty maintenance, performing daily janitorial duties, conducting monthly fire extinguisher inspections, cleaning eyewash stations, and operating a forklift as needed. Requires forklift experience, general maintenance/janitorial background, strong safety focus, and communication skills. PLC experience and factory training/certification in diagnostic software are a plus. Required Qualifications
- Prior forklift operation
- General maintenance and janitorial experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Attention to safety and detail in all tasks
- Factory training and certification in diagnostic software
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience a plus
