Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance on production machines and plant facility equipment to meet OEM specifications and production goals. Diagnose mechanical failures, including pneumatic and hydraulic malfunctions, and repair or replace components as necessary. Utilize precision measuring tools and read technical diagrams to ensure equipment alignment and installation standards. Complete oil and lube cycles, maintain assigned areas for safety, and document all work in Maintenance Connection. Operate forklifts and perform changeovers and startups as assigned. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds, work in varied environmental conditions, and wear PPE. Previous experience with Thermoforming machines and electrical troubleshooting preferred.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalency
- Must have no more than 4 attendance points
- Must not have a step 2 disciplinary action within the last year
- Previous experience with Thermoforming machines preferred
