Job Summary
Oversee ongoing preventative maintenance for multiple programs and offices, planning work assignments and coordinating with outside contractors to ensure quality. Repair mechanical equipment including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing fixtures while drafting plans and reading blueprints to implement building needs. Maintain inventory control for parts and supplies, manage vendor accounts, and conduct monthly inspections of motors, fans, and pumps. Ensure building compliance with federal, state, and local laws by working with inspectors and enforcing safety regulations. Monitor operational records and assist with disaster plans as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year related experience
- Working knowledge and ability to handle all maintenance and electrical equipment
- Current contractor license as required by state
