Job Summary
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems, including ventilation, while performing minor fixes like repairing broken locks and filling wall gaps. Maintain grounds and walks using hand and power tools, ensuring all facilities remain tidy and functional. Expedite maintenance requests from management and provide high-level customer and guest services throughout all interactions. Work flexible hours based on property needs, including weekends and holidays, while independently lifting up to thirty pounds and performing repetitive hand movements.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings
- Must have highly effective communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds
- Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency
- Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed
