Job Summary
Support daily maintenance activities and shop operations in accordance with established programs and safety procedures. Perform assigned maintenance tasks under supervision, accurately document work performed in business systems, and maintain clean, organized work environments. Participate in structured mentoring, technical training, and continuous improvement initiatives to build technical competency and independently execute duties. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM in an industrial setting. Join a team developing hands-on skills in orthopedic implant manufacturing and related industrial services.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of work experience
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance record
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills, processes, tools, and equipment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Stable employment history
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a physically demanding industrial environment
- High school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, manufacturing, maintenance, oilfield, construction, or industrial environment
- Forklift experience or certification
- Crane operation experience
- General knowledge of industrial tools, equipment, and maintenance practices
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience working with tools and equipment
- Previous experience working in an environment where safety, quality, and productivity are critical
